If you live in New York City, you know that taking time out from the city is essential for your sanity.
I escaped to Boston for a couple of days to visit the crew out there. It’s always nice to travel, even if it’s on a 5-hour bus ride, because it gives you time to think and reflect on life- and by reflecting I mean browsing the “new arrivals” section on Zara and the likes there-of.
I vowed never to get this skort when I saw it on, literally, everyone else on instagram. But when I saw it I just had to try it on and that was when the epiphany happened. This skirt is simply a head turner. It makes your legs look 5x slimmer, and that in itself ups your game exponentially.

Obviously trying to look like a walking piece of renaissance art is the way to go in Singapore. And these JC shoes- they are EVERYTHING. I got them from Nasty Gal before flying to Singapore, and revolved my packing around these metallic babies. When the shoes are to die for, we dress ourselves from the feet up.

Here is to hoping that this is the last pseudo fall/winter outfit before our spring and summer really arrives. The weather in the east coast has been erratic to say the least, and London is barely getting any sun as of yet!Â

Hello from the sunny island of Singapore, boys and babes!
It has been a whirlwind since I’ve arrived; meeting old friends, taking MRT rides, and enjoying the warm nights in this city I grew up in. I am sneaking in this quick blogpost, because I must share with you my elation from the liberation of the multiple layers I had to wear while I was in New York City. Most of you back in the city would sympathize. Spring/summer has been a joke so far.
